Deck must have a minimum of 50 cards.
No more than 3 copies of a single card.
I think that's about it.
I wouldn't worry too much about that 50 card minimum, if you only have one Core Set, though. 30 card minimum works fine, too, and allows you to narrow down your deck strategy a bit better. :)
