I've reversed the insert, as described above, and that currently holds all of my Encounter cards (I'm making little cardboard label inserts to identify each set), the Quest cards, tokens in a baggie, and my decks. Currently I have 4 built. The bulk of my cards: the hero cards from all sets, including Core, are in a binder with 9 pocket sleeves. This stays at home when I travel the game in its' original box. If I've identified certain cards that will go well in a given quest, I've sleeved them and put them in the main box to add as necessary.
If you continue to get this game, it will spread quickly beyond the capacity of the box to handle it. Very much so. I tended to deckbuild when I was more heavily into a CCG by looking at my cards in a binder, so I've reverted to form. I see no reason to put the Encounter or Quest cards into the binder, as they keep coming out depending upon which Quest we attempt. I thought I'd sleeve the Encounter cards initially, but that was folly, given their numbers :sauron:
