Good question. :)Yes, you will trigger this effect one last time.
Questing successfully is the requirement to place progress tokens, which in turn leads to advancing to the next stage.
Questing successfully and placing the tokens are two different steps, however.
The forced effect also triggers off questing successfully, so it is resolved before the tokens are placed.
It is answered in the FAQ (1.24).
