Yes.From rules, page 8:
Multiple copies of the same non-unique card can be in
play simultaneously.
Remember the following restrictions to the rule:
- If any player has a unique card in play, no player can play or put into play another card with the same title. (p.8)
- Some attachments have the restricted keyword. A character can never have more than two attachments with the restricted keyword attached. (p.24)
- No more than three copies of any card, by title, can be included in a player’s deck. (p.27)
