My group has managed to get this card to work to pretty good effect. We have 3 regular players, one of which plays a Rohan Spirit deck, the other plays an Elf tri-color deck. My friend with the Elf deck makes great use out of Elladan, who can attack multiple times in one turn, along with Rivendell Blade and Rivendell Bow. With both these attachments and a resource or two, he can attack (and usually kill) multiple enemies per turn. When we put a copy of Keeping Count on him and another on Dunhere, Elladan can almost always provide more kills than Dunhere, which pumps up Dunhere's attack ability considerably, allowing him to kill some of the larger enemies in the staging area in one or two hits.I admit it's a niche card, but for 0 cost, in a larger multiplayer game it can be pretty good.
