Yeah, don't be too disappointed just yet - those Eagle cards get a couple of capstone cards in some of the other packs that tie them together into something of a powerhouse. And Frodo is an incredible defender - especially later when you can beef him up with some of the cards in the Mirkwood cycle (trying to avoid spoilers).
