OK, I know I am opening my self up here - heh.I also know the "new" approach to scoring has been out a while but I have just been catching up to that.
Any views on why or whether keying the bulk of scoring in this game is so weighted to number of rounds?
Seems to me, no matter how long it takes you, the goal is to survive, beat the scenario and with as little damage as possible (can be read as: my deck is working but it takes longer, lol). I have played plenty of scenarios where I have locked up the scenario to not damage me, allow card draw and let me bide my time to deal with enemies properly, before moving to the next stage, etc. But the scoring then penalizes me. I play solo, exclusively, at this point.
Counter thoughts?
