After staging completes, the sequence is:ACTIONS
3.4 Quest Resolution
Will < Threat:
a) Resolve “after quest unsuccessful” effects.
b) Each player increases threat by difference.
Will > Threat:
a) Resolve “after quest successful” effects.
b) Put tokens on Active Locn (discard if complete) then on Quest.
3.5 End Quest – characters are no longer committed.
Resolve “quest resolved” &“stage defeated” effects.
ACTIONS
3.6 End Phase – resolve “End of Quest Phase” effects.
Accordingly, in quest 1b), the Forced reaction resolves as per 3.4a (so draw 3, reveal 1), then tokens are placed per 3.4b (and the quest then resolves).
