It will not effect your game at all until you play Escape from Dol Guldur scenario.
I do not know how FFG deals with missing parts, but if they send it to you within couple weeks you should be fine, since Escape from Dol Guldur is extremely difficult quest to play even for experienced players, and it is advised you do not attempt it until defeating first and second quests.
