As said, only Lackey respects FF's 6mo embargo for new sets, which seems totally reasonable, and I for one am happy that this rule exists (if I compare it to other prominent game publishers' practices that disallow all online 3rd party tools). I'd hate to see FF pulling this rule back because OCTGN (and VASSAL?) plugins don't respect it so I stick with Lackey and would suggest to fellow LoTR LCG fans to do likewise.Just my 2 eurocents..
