I am a long time customer of Artscow now and what I found out is, that the cards are inflated a bit during the printing process, so the final cards have the proper size but the printed image on the card is cut off aprox. 2mm on every side (this has something to do with printing processes in general and not Artscow's fault. Printings get blown up so the cutting machine has some spare space on the print sheet for cutting the cards, else the cards would end up smaller in size).I normally shrink the LotR LCG card images to 6.12 x 8.60 cm (down from 6.4 x 9.0 cm) and fill the difference with a black frame. So to be clear, the image size of the card I upload to Artscow remain the same, but the card image is smaller and framed by a black border. Then it gets blown up during printing process and the printed cards come out 100% correct in size and crop.
Hope that helps!
