It's not exactly what you are looking for, but trust me... fitting everything in just one box ist a tight fit. It's also pretty heavy, and I'm not sure the box won't rip long term.

For this reason I recently expanded my storage solution to the second Core set box.

The box on the left holds all the Encounter and Quest cards as well as the Threat wheels and Tokens.
The Tokens are stored in 0.07 l Really Useful Boxes. I just open them and put them on the table when I play, saves a lot of time.
The second box holds all the player cards and my current decks.

The insert is made from foamcore and was inspired by the ideas I found on BGG. It's pretty easy to handle. All you need is two A4 sheets of foamcore, standard glue, a cutting knife, a ruler and preferably a cutting mat. ;)
It's pretty sturdy stuff. I carried my first box (the one on the right) around quite a bit, and it never broke.

Next thing you will need are card dividers. There are plenty of dividers available on BGG. I used Card dividers, Language independent but modified them for my purposes. I also made dividers for Heroes, Allies, Events and Attachments for each sphere. I printed them on normal paper and laminated them.
If you have any spare foam blocks from Thunderstone, you can use them to secure the LotR cards.

I hope this gives you an idea!
It's easy to find stuff and there is a lot of room for upcoming expansions!
